Can I have my flowers delivered today?

The cut off time for same day delivery Monday-Saturday is 1:00 PM. To have your arrangement delivered on Sunday, your order must be placed by 3:00 PM Saturday. 

• Can I have my flowers delivered at a specific time?

Please put your requested delivery time window in the “Notes and Special Instructions” section of checkout. We will always do our best to meet a requested delivery window, however with NYC traffic and other delivery happenings, we can not guarantee a specific time. 

• Do you deliver outside of Manhattan?

Yes! We deliver to Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx for an additional fee, and are happy to accommodate national deliveries when available. 

• I’m not happy with my arrangement, how can you help me? 

Please read the Cancellation and Return Policy below to learn more. We deal with complaints on a case by case basis, but we will always need to receive a photo of your arrangement (please email us at info@flowergirlnyc.com) before we can determine the best way to help you. 

• What kind of flowers do you have right now?

We alternate our palette of fresh, seasonal blooms every week. Check out our Instagram to see our weekly arrivals, give us a call to learn more, or visit us at 257 W 23rd St to see what we have in person!

• I’d like to order some flowers, but I don’t know what to get. What do you suggest?

We have lots of options here! Our signature Flower Girl arrangement is wild and whimsical. The How Classy is simple and chic. The Il Tropicale is a colorful showstopper. The Farm to Table is natural and rustic. The Earth Mama is a gorgeous mix of dried and preserved flowers that will last you a lifetime. 

• I have a specific flower/color request. Can you accommodate it? 

We do our best to honor all specific requests, though we work with seasonal flowers in a monochromatic color palette and can not make any guarantees. Please add any requests to the “Notes and Special Instructions” area of checkout, or call/email us to discuss your needs. 

• How do I take care of my Flower Girl creation?

•Can I come to the shop and buy flowers?

Absolutely! We sell by the stem - we’re happy to put together a custom bouquet for you. 

• I have an upcoming event I’d like to purchase flowers for, can you help me? 

We’d love to! Please email us at info@flowergirlnyc.com with the quantity and size (inches are helpful here as “small” means something different to everyone) of arrangements you need. It’s also very helpful for us to see photos/a link to Pinterest board of arrangements that you like. We custom create all bouquets for each client, so understanding your vision is very important to us. 

• I’d love for you to do our wedding! Are you available? 

We do weddings as small as a single bouquet, and as large as a full scale production! We would love to discuss your needs. Please complete our wedding form here, and be sure to send along images of what you like so that we can put together an initial proposal. 

•Do you teach design classes?

We offer seasonal workshops four times a year. You can sign up to join us at our next one here!

• Can you tell me more about hosting an event in your shop?

• I don’t have any experience with flowers but would love to work with you.

Flower Girl offers an internship program to learn the ins and outs of floral design, no experience necessary. Send an email to info@flowergirlnyc.com to set up a trial day!


Cancellation and Return Policy

At Flower Girl, we pride ourselves on delivering the most alluring, fresh flowers to you! We are completely committed to customer satisfaction and want you to be ecstatic about your arrangement. 

Though we do everything we can to preserve the beauty of our blooms, the nature of picked flowers is unpredictable and some things are beyond our control. 

If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to fix that! Email us within 24 hours at info@flowergirlnyc.com so we can correct the issue. Please be sure to include a clear image(s) of your order and a brief overview of any dissatisfaction. 

At our discretion, Flower Girl will issue a replacement, offer store credit, or provide a refund. 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us to discuss how to move forward. If we have already purchased the flowers/supplies for your event, we will likely not be able to make any edits, cancellations, or provide a refund.
